This is a remake of plate 18, which I made four years prior. I'm making a set of custom bowls for a friend who loves the glaze on plate 18. It's important to retest an old idea especially if it has been years past because of slight changes in substances within clays and glazes overtime. These supplies are all made of raw materials from the earth and cannot be exactly the same with each new batch of supplies produced.
The new test didn't create as deep of green and pink hues as the original plate. Also, the Bmix clay here has some black speckles.
