I've been testing out the glaze combination of rutile pink over zap blue many times now and each time it's slightly different. For this test, I dipped parts of the bowl with transparent glaze after layering the rutile and zap blue glazes. The transparent glaze created more running effects and caused a darker tone where it touched the zap blue.
