Initially, I was planning to continue the tape design all the way around the bowl, but a couple of friends inspired me to just do a partial tape design.
After glazing the entire bowl in matte white, I decided to add splashes of white glaze. I wasn't planning for it, but I love how the white glaze pour just barely missed the stripes of tape creating this dynamic divide.
