When this bowl first came out of the glaze fire, there was pin holing along the darker brown region of glaze. I filled the pin holes with transparent glaze and refired the bowl which helped to remove the pin holes!
The second firing was actually a better firing result and created a deeper profile of colors. I also love the way the glaze breaking over the ridges on the outside of this bowl created highlights =)
