This is one of my favorite glaze combos. Dipping rutile pink over matte white brings out fluorescent blue particles in the rutile pink glaze. There are two shades of white on this bowl because I dipped gloss white glaze over the matte white glaze. The textured pink glaze on the edge of one side is matte turquoise dipped over gloss white, which turns pink in reduction firing but turquoise in oxidation firing.
